I don't quite remember, I stopped playing a while ago, but I'm fairly certain that I didn't use enfeebling gear. iirc, for lullabies I just stacked on a lot of +singing or +whicheverinstrument, then CHR+ gear? I dunno, I looked at my scripts and I can hardly remember what each piece was now lol.

I'd probably say go for the wind torque though.
