going to need more than counter+3 to revitalize shura kote. The stats seem to basically be Usukane hands +/-
double attack+ and kick attacks+ looks pretty nice on those sune-ate tho

i used a variety of tatters from different abjurations as well as buying about half of them for 10k. my LS leader gave me a crap done from abj he has had for years since I am the main mnk and not many people have shura. does help i am most likely the only person on any server to have the entire +1 set, was a woodwoorking goal for me.

I forget where but i read you can get up to +4 str on shura hiadate/+1 making the +1 better then hachiryu legs for mnk nin and sam :D
