You can get augmented Jupiter's Rings from a quest in Abyssea - Attohwa, it's called An Acrididaen Anodyne. Start NPC is Yoran-Oran, at the base camp. You gotta do his first quest (which rewards Cura II) first, and it requires at least level 3 fame.
