Refresh +1 has no effect on any of your other gear... That'd be far too powerful. This item simply gives you 1 mp per tick. As for the way it is listed, SE likes to change ***apparently and I suppose you could consider it 'different' simply because it is an augment rather than a standard item. It's good to know the value if they ever add +2 it will be quite apparent with out needing testing.
