I guess you didn't read up about Trial of the Magians... The reason for this is the new WHM staff (Healing Potency +15%) requires WHM to turn Bottled Pixies in the past, if enough are traded in, they start to appear in the present.

Just seen one in La'Theine...whats up lol i knew that they appear in the present but never seen any, and all of a sudden BAM there appearing everywhere....whats up SE >.>
