I think we'll be seeing a lot more on more servers. Teiwaz staff with Cure Potency +15% requires you to turn in 10 bottled pixies to the Fay Spring for the last trial.

Ran into this after a friend /telled me about it. A pixie in present era Konschtat. Got off chocobo and it even Cure II'd me. First time I've ever seen one in present time period.
