The PCC is better unless you're a COR. AGI makes the Quick Draw accuracy better. The only thing better than this for Quick Draw is the Hope Torque... let's just call this NQ Hope Torque for all you CORs out there. Plus as Onimusha said... Free PCC since the Ranged ACC is 10 with the AGI bonus. I want it.
