I got this from Sagatarius X-XIII NM hunt. I figure if its a Ranger type mob it will give you themed evolith for that job type. I seem to be right and it seems if you have to pay for the hunt the rewarded evolith is better.

*Nods.* Beastmen tend to give evos for the job that they are, or for the weapon they're using. If you want vs. evolith, you fight the mob type that is good against it. Amorph for vs. bird evos for example. And then now and then, regular family type mobs like VE give WS/weapon evos as well.
