It's a Chocolate Bombe. I figured it was the closest thing to a Vana'diel Black Pudding.

Black Pudding is indeed a UK dish made from blood. The one in Vana'diel is made of grapes, cinnamon and other fruit, but this looks more like the in-game pic. :)
