Hasty Pinion +1 is a better alternative than Grounded Mantle +1 to cap haste if you wish to use this with full Sulev. +1. JSE backs are too good to replace.

This belt comes in handy for using Sulev.+1 pieces. But I would not use the whole set.

For DD I'd rather use the +1 Head/Body/Legs with Emicho Hands/Feet.

If I didn't need the store TP on the hands slot, I'd use 4/5 Sulev. +1 with Emicho Feet. The accuracy is just too good to give up.

Also you don't have to waste your back slot on an inferior cape to cap haste.

Newer JSE capes can get DEX+20 Acc/Attack+20 and Double Attack+10 for TP purposes. Your mileage may vary on augments however.

An addendum to what Slyshen rightly pointed out: combine with the Grounded Mantle +1 to fully cap equipment haste when using the Sulevian set.

Opens the potential to use a DT/DD Hybrid set, and makes a strong one too.
