I'll probably take this comment off the next time i remember I even made one here... why has Gargemel been rated down? That's pretty damned accurate. But it's possible that it should be noted if your accuracy is parsing high, or in certain conditions (Feint, madrigal, etc), Hecatomb Cap would be extremely beneficial providing stat bonuses along with a fair ammount of att and a little acc. However in general especially on T+ and/or using attack food, I'd probably use this most of the time for those multi-hitters.
