Drops from Bashe (Lizard NM) in Sauromugue Champaign. Did him a few times, he spawns anywhere from (L-7) to (L-10) on the upper level. He is a lottery-pop from the Hill Lizards around the area.
Like with any other of the new earrings it can be estimated you need a Puppetmaster in your party to make the latent of this ring activate.
If you do a FFXIAH Search of the Earrings, They're sorted in job Order! in Game too.
Start from the top you'll see "WAR, MNK, WHM, BLM, RDM, THF" etc etc in that order, Its the same if you open your "Jobs" Sub menu in Status In game. So its easy to tell Which Job is needed to Activate which Earring :)
