Except any ranger that isn't subbing sam after the update is a moron. I'm curious also as to why you think this body is better than Loki's Kaftan?
I will say, this body is nice if you're trying to achieve a 4-hit build, otherwise there are better options. A 5-hit is easy to achieve without using this body.
Bar ACP Body, Best Ranger/ DD cor tp piece in game. Store TP +7 helps to reach a 5 hit on ranger without subbing Sam. Only thing that might seem bad about it is the -5 Racc. But with the +20 skill you get at lv 79 and +25 at lv 80 ( Cumulated skill ). This Body is your best bet for TPing.... Bar ACP of course.
With the quickdraw TP update for COR, this could be used to macro-in for QD. If you use a 600 delay gun you'll have a base tp of 16.8, meaning this piece alone will bring that 16.8 to 17.9.
Alone that's only a 1 tp difference but if other store tp gear is macro'd in you can get alot more tp over time on COR as a DD.
Its not better, infact, its a good bit worse than Loki's. Atleast Loki's gives 5 racc with the ratt, a good mod for slugshot, the same stp and barely less ratt.
However, this could atleast serve as a fairly decent go between if you dont have or cant get Loki's.
