	With Upheaval having only fStr as it's Str factor and not as a mod it is imperative to stack a hefty amount of Vit to get good numbers on an 85% Mod. In short, if you don't use Ukko's and do use upheaval, these are definitely the best feet in game for your WS. Even the Acc from the 8 Dex won't do a 4 hit WS any harm at all! 2011-12-19 06:12:47
