WHM Precure - Fastcast: +42%, Instant: +12%, Cure: -21% (+20 with Merits). Gende Hands: -4% Cure cast. Should be close to cap with Cure merits so I added Instant cast. People fight over if Cure- and Fast cast are additive or multiplicative so I just prefer Fastcast. If you don't use gear swap, use Swith Cape, Anhur robe, Incantor Stone and remove ring and use Acerbic Sash +1 for belt. Updated:7/8/14
