Dragoon - TP(ideal pre-NN?) - Seems ideal for pre-NN? Ganesha's Mala could be used but involves dropping 2% Haste (not worth it). Alternatively, put back on Goading Belt and Ace's Hose but the increase over the loss of Calmecac is then small (~0.5%, <1% Haste damage increase). Zelus + Ace's Hose swap may win under extreme high buff scenarios (especially Attack) but this is not a general case.
