Yes, I have to use convert gear.
However, even with convert gear, I have about 900HP.
So, that puts us about even I think. If you used that gear, you would have like 200HP and 2500MP. {death} {Do you need it?}
One of the toughest things I've encountered though, is the prejudice against Elv/Galk WHMs/BLMs/RDMs.
We may not have the bonuses of a Taru, but I think our fortitude in making it to 75 is some sort of testiment to our resolve.
After all, it's not always the MP that makes you good, it just helps.
