Well, I joined a shout party, did the climb up the castle, and when we got to the top, RDM d/ced, hasn't bothered coming back... /facepalm.

Maybe the RDM's in question finally realized that the "accepted strats" call for them to sac pull multiple times...
As is, I'm glad to see all my time spent in Campaign Battle and ranking up turns out to be worthwhile. Now if I can only find a group to go with...

Having fun with this BCNM, But the drop rate is awful. 1/7 on hat 0/7 on any other R/ex Armor.

If you're doing the BCNM and getting good drops, little tip is to wait until the fight isn't available anymore and sell your items, the prices are dropping like a rock cause of flooding of the market, once the supply gets cut off the prices will settle out a little.
As for those wanting the items, i'd buy them now =p

I've heard that the best way to take over the Northlands is set your Tactical Assessment to "Diversionary Tactics" and pick the most appropriate commander (Usually the first in the list) along with "Weapons Production" to make the NPC's viable combatants for longer than 8 seconds.
Diversionary Tactics causes few overall battles, but the Nations will deploy Two attacking units with each incursion. And with less frequent battles (Offensive) There is less opportunity to lose influence.
Preemptive strikes are usually the worst, since those have a habit of triggering Fortifications-Only battles, and who likes those?

JK on my last post... we've lost the castle and about to lose xarc... well... so much for an allied ring...

I'm looking for people on Caitsith to help take over Xarcabard and Glacier, so far Glacier is good but there's no influence in Xarcabard >_<

Correct.
As it looks now, we will lose Baileys and Keep next Sunday. We will get Throne Room though. But that will be lost again next tally after that.
Anyone need to do this that has someone willing to sac..? Last pt I was in, everyone died (minus myself) before they even made it to the Castle, died on the way up, and when we got to the top, discovered we lacked a sac. I said the PLD should just go switch to /RDM and Diaga them. PLDs reply.. And I quote:

Yes, but i'm saying we only NEED throne room to have the Allied Ring available.
As far as the campaign map is concerned We could lose every single zone except Throne Room and have access to the Ring.
The only downside is that if we do lose Keep/Baileys, We'll have 1 Week with the ring, and 1 Week without (Since Fiat Lux will be lost and they'll regain influence)

Yep... Hate people like that. I could of gone PLD myself in hindsight, but most of that party were pretty stupid and we would of wiped. I didn't hang around to see if they won once they repped me.

yes all that can should gather 11pm est sat night in castle can grab pearl if dont have then and we take over both again. Got quite a few already coming but need as many as can make it.
