Macros And /wait

If you have a Macro for a WS that has gear swaps in it, do you need to have a /wait 1 between the gear and the WS?

Would it work to have the first five lines gear, and the last line be the WS?

you dont need a wait, its all pretty instant.

I'd usually put a <stnpc> instead of <t>/<bt>
or
<stpc> instead of <me> and wait for a sec before activating it.

Lags are macro's worst enemy.
It sucks for jobs like DRG and healing breaths... The lag can make a difference of 100+ HP being cured if too hasty.

Unless your net's speed is flawless, then yeah, it's instant.
Mines though... ahaha...
