Windows Live Messenger (sux)

Anyone else getting thrown off, saying that "You are on a version of Windows Live Messenger that does not allow you to be logged on in two locations." or some crap? Seriously, I spent the last 3 weeks getting spam emails, till I got fed up and changed my password, Now this.. and apparently, it's not just me. But no one seems to respond in the Windows Live support forums. Seriously, WLM is getting SO annoying here lately.

As for the emails, they were 'Failed Delivery' emails that I didn't write. Those kinda stopped when I changed my password. Any ideas?

I had the failed delivery ***and I had to change my password, but Its been fine since then.

I just tried another fix and got in.. changed password again.. I shall see. But seriously, you'd think Windows Live/MSN would be more responsible with their stuff.

IDK if it was the same for you, but the emails that 'failed' didn't come from my address, unless a hacker went back and bothered to delete the sent emails.

Actually no. I in fact just noticed that I could be logged on at 2 locations recently since I've been having to use my laptop alot. Rather nice.

Apparently, I can't. I tried logging in on my phone, once when working out of town. Didn't happen. >.>

And now.. it's down again...

I have never had any problem with Windows Live Messenger. You changed passwords only? I would suggest to also change Secret Question/Answer and Alternative E-mail.
Been Using MSN for years, never had any problem.

I changed Password twice, secret Q & A, and have never had an alternate email address.

I haven't had any problems from what I can remember.

I've had no problems.
