A lot of items are missing stock information (at least on Bahamut).
Hocho, Witch Sash, to name a few...

Seems to be related to being marked 'rare', to include rare items that are also EX.

Looks like a bug, we're looking into it. Rare items are being flagged as Rare/Ex for the purpose of determining stock value.
