Odin And Alex Fights - Can U Help Out On First Fight?

Does anyone know if you finished the FIRST alex or odin fight if you can do them again with another party to help out?

I'm on the first Alex Fight and Second Odin Fight and wanted to help out a friend do the first Odin? (or opposite if you are helping someone with first alex)

If you do help out, can you still get the rewards?

You can do them again if you do the footwork again. It's technically considered a different quest because it has a different name (Odin: Unwavering Resolve; Alexander: Divine Interference) but you have to finish the requirements for these quests in order to enter the fight. You can choose a reward at the end of the fight.
