If I recall correctly, they stopped character creation for a short period in order to prepare for today's update^^;

So, expect RMT tells when you get back... Happy update! ;~; haha

Really, Spence? Maybe they only made it to the M's lol. I got them at a massive rate just on Tuesday. Had a couple on Wednesday but then wasn't in game until today.

I can remember getting 1 in the past month or so
I may get more when I afk during the night, I'm not sure

I feel so lonely not getting any "Incoming tell"s even if they're only from RMT lol

i went a good while without receiving any secret decoder ring RMT tells.
then few days ago i got a flood of them, then they stopped again...
i guess because of the halt on character creation like Jacon said.
even tho i've pretty much tuned them out at this point, was a nice break from that ***.
