Try BCAA's those will bulk you up fast. They are cheap too like 20ish bucks and last 2 months. And Fish/Flax oil also help. You can get this stuff dirt cheap online. Whey Protein Fish Oil Vitamin C Men Multivitamin Creatine Blend BCAA is a good regimen if your trying to gain muscle. I've gained about 17lbs of muscle in 9 months with this stack. trust me, i know it is lol. I was pissed off just today actually cause I lost almost a whole pound today ;(
And I been trying to gain weight and become a big boy. mmm, i should look at that stuff. The last thing i bought was Iso*Pure, it was like $55!!! for 200 calories and 50g protein and other blah blah blah stuff x.x

Gold Standard and Monster Muscle Milk are cheaper and better. Whey Protein (Gold Standard Whey or Monster Musle Milk if on sale 24 bucks) Creatine Blend (Muscle Pharm is cheap 14 bucks lasts several months) BCAA (Scivation or USPLabs Modern BCAA whichever is cheaper 27bucks for like 1-2months supply) thank you buddy!! I need to try these things. So far i went from 135 to 158lbs, id like to get up to 170-175 but that isopure is way too expensive and it lasts less than a month lol. Its not my friend ;(

Me december 2012 - 5ft8@138lbs My waist size hasn't changed. My arms are being a little difficult. But I went up in size in chest size and back. Also if your trying to get big really try to avoid cardio on your weight days. You'll gain some fat in the process. So like do Weights am i like super tall compared to you guys :<? im 170 and look hella skinny

Edit: You def got bigger. Umm the other thing you can add to that list is JACK3D its a pre workout supplement. It prevents you from getting fat while gaining muscle. So my gains have been pretty lean those are cute undies!

Muscle AND/OR fat shows very quickly. lol I'm still trying to get my arms bigger. BUT in both pics im at like a 29/30 waist. EDIT: wait may passed already you mean next year? well yea I mean this up and coming May lol :p
Damn though, your arms look bigger than mine and im 32 waist, must be awesome being short. I wish I was shorter cause I have a little pet peeve for dating and I cant get with a guy if he is shorter than me. You don't want to waste all this money on suplements if your not working out properly. Don't be doing massive cardio prior or post work out. Do like 15-20mins max of light cardio or just don't do it at all on weight days. Cardio burns fat yah, it also burns muscle too. Give the muscles groups you work-out 24hrs of rest. Also, lift heavy, but lift correctly. If your not lifting correctly, your not getting anything from the lift. actually, i dont really do almost any cardio at all ;x
I do it once a week just about. I run like 2 miles or something but ya just once a week. Thanks for the info, I've been trying to bulk up but a lot of fitness threads I find aren't very valuable to me in terms of information. Also, when you suggest lifting heavy what does that entail for someone that doesn't really have access to a gym? I can purchase sets of weights but I don't know whats a proper weight to aim for. For arms: chinups, hammercurls, towel pullups what worked for me. Triceps: skull crushers, pulley pull downs, and tricep extensions the lame thing about buying weights is that you will most likely at first go thru the weights pretty quickly and they can get pretty expensive
