I'm bisexual but I'm not really out to anyone I know irl. If I'd just admitted it from the start then I prolly wouldn't have a problem. But I'm married now and a lot of people assume that means I'm straight so I dunno if I should bother mentioning it. Feels like it would be some big shocking revelation if I tell anyone.
I've never really thought it worth going out of my way to tell people... they way I see it unless I'm seeking a relationship with the other person my sexuality is irrelevent since I won't be sleeping with them anyways XD If I'm already in the relationship it's still irreleven unless I'm with a woman and wana watch some gay porn with them or something.

Not that you knew(know) me, but god, if I could have prevented that, I would have. Not a bad person by any means, but his emotional issues will drive you to insanity.
I'm not sure if he ever mentioned it, but he tracked my new in-game name, server, etc, reactivated his account, hopped to Leviathan, and wanted to start anew with me. I tried to be friendly with him for a few days, couldn't take it, and told him to go the *** away. Next day, I see your name is his bazaar surrounded by hearts.. and laughed/died a little.

WTF, this kind of *** coming from your own dad, just pisses me off. If I still had a dad, and he told me that, I would promptly gift HIS face with a nice big manly knuckle that he likes so much.
Whoever says *** like that, is a complete and utter wimp. Manliness is not defined by hate of gays. It is defined by the strength and fortitude to support those who need your support the most.
Hohenheim, from your posts, it seems like you're handling this very well. Calm and collected. Keep it up, and don't let crap like this get to you. There is a lot in life to enjoy and experience other than family.

We raised over $1000 with the haunted house!
That means we're one step closer to our goal, which is called "Movies in the park"
Movies in the park is pretty much what it sounds like. Once they hit their goal amount they will be setting up a screen and projector in the city park for people to come and see movies for free.(Donations are nice as well)
They won't be older movies either, all things that are in the theaters. Going to be very neat!

You can't change who your father is any more than he can change who you are.
As time goes on, he'll likely fill with remorse/regret for treating you this way and ultimately losing you.
But these things are up for time to decide, and when time is the deciding factor, it's usually too late.
Sorry that you have to go through this. I had a similar experience with my mother.

Oh Hohenheim. :-( I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. Please remember that you are not abnormal or flawed in any way. I hope your father understands that he's being a bigot and a fool soon. It's always heartbreaking when a family disowns a member for being themselves, especially when there's nothing wrong with who they are.
