Trying to figure out how to retrieve a old Pow for mail on play online. Any one know? or a # to call? and the times to call?

I get Error code: Pol-0404
saying the mail server authen..failed.
check user ID and password.

both r right from what I know.

I would call in to customer service or contact someone through SE's site. Phone # should be on there too. Only thing I can think of to do.

Im on the website and dont see a # to call.

Go to ffxi official site and check under Support. Should be there, at least. I've got it off the site plenty of times in the past.

The same thing has been happening to me lately. It pops up when I start up POL and log in but if I click on my messages and press the send/receive button it doesn't give me any problems. I also don't have trouble receiving messages either. I think the startup is just borked. I'd fix it, but its not really broken and I'm lazy D:

I do click on the send and receive, and error still comes up, does it have to do with that this is not the PC I started on>? but shouldn't the information eb the same?

this is rlly starting to annoy me bc I can't get my Screen shots with out the mail function.
