It's been a really long time since i ranked up to captain but isn't that just part of the cs during the first L rank up quest.

Ask Naja, she was pissed, I got demoted :[ She hates tarus I think.

As for the above math, Naja is just stuck on 8-bits mode, that's why you have to pay 255 gold coins :D
