Alchemy(59) Goldsmithing(48) Woodworking(9) is the skill needed to make the NQ version.

What do you need for the HQ one?
:( I don't understand this crafting business.

With all those skills it's a 1% HQ rate (generally accepted although some say 1/64). With 70 Alchemy 59 Goldsmithing and 20 Woodworking you have a 10% HQ rate (again generally accepted although some say 1/12).

Tier 1 is going to be the HQ cap, yes.

Leucos Voulge - I owned the non +1 version of this g-axe and it is very nice g-axe.
Used this piece from 50-58 and it is a colbri killing machine for war/thief.
Forseti's Axe and Demon's Axe are decent upgrade's to replace this axe at later levels. even if you don't HQ the g-axe its still a very functional weapon for warrior 50-58.


I think to have a fair shot at HQ'ing this item you would need alchemy as high as possible to deal with the cermet and goldsmithing with platinum work at 60. with very moderate woodworking skills for holly lumber axe handle carving.

actually just buy 12 times the ingredients and craft 12 axes with a high degree of alchemy and goldsmithing. and you'll probably skill up woodworking while you do it for free.
