Goldsmithing 40

So, I'm sitting at GS40 and trying to plan my future skill up path.
It looks like my two best options are lvl 31 earrings which will be pure loss, or reraise earrings which are good profit but the breaks will hurt.

Anyone have any tips or suggestions ?

If you dont mind spamming a single recipie for 7 levels til cap i strongly recommend going from 40-47 on Gold Dust.
The gold dust itself is basically useless (bar a leathercraft recipie) but you do get a stack of 12 per synth and you can npc it to pretty much cover the cost of the synth bar a couple 100gil.

Gold Dust
Wind Crystal
Copper Ingot x1
Brass Ingot x1

Then Gold Ingots from bcoins to cap 51.
Fire crystal
Gold Beastcoin x4

Or you can skip the coin route and go straight to ores to cap 53
Fire Crystal
Gold Ore x4

(either way try and save some gold if you can as you will need them later how ever high you take goldsmithing)

After that i went to gold Earring lvl 57 recipie (NOTE: these are used for Rng AF quest so actually sell quite well making loss minimal)
Wind Crystal
Gold Ingot x2

Then after that i recommend going to Platinum Ingots. Either Plat Coins cap for 61 or Plat Ore cap 63

I am on Goldsmithing 60 and this is the route i took, there may be other recipies ive missed or are more cost effective on your server so a little research on AH prices etc may really serve you well!

Being 60 thats about all the advice i can offer! But gl with Goldsmithing!!

you should start getting used to doing profitable synths with risky losses, at higher levels it'll be your best bet for skillups

Im almost finished with Gold Dust, even out if u want to make all the copper ingots and brass ingots by yourself. I strongly recommend it.
