This happen to him also. They called a GM, everyone didn't have the same piece for the force no drop situation.
GM said it is possible after they investigate that they may get a free permit.
I'm betting nothing is gonna happen.

Little off topic but relaring to gm call theyre prolly not gonna respond or do anything about it.i did a nyzul run a month back for my mythic great axe on fl 100. We cleared the run the axe dropped long story short...4 ppl passed i lotted and the 6th let it fall so it automically went to me. Well when the 5 mins were up and the axe went to fall to me i got a message saying i couldnt obtain it due to i already had the item or my inventory was full. My inventory was really 52/60 and i didnt have the weapon let alone seen it drop in nyzul isle so i called a gm and they said they wpuld investigate the situation and send me a message in 3 days stating what thet were going to do about tge incident....well i havent heard from a gm since then so......ya gl getting an investigation going
