Anyone Do Harvesting?

Yes, I could have posted in the Harvesting section, but last post for 4 years ago. :p

I've only been doing this recently to clear as many RoE entries as possible. I've got all the Harvesting ones ticked off.... except for one.

I just cannot get the Isleracea to drop in Ceizak Battlegrounds. According to Wikis this is from Harvesting, and not Logging. (Ceizak has both). All the other zones with their "rare" items gave them up in around 20-25 tries max. But this one? Been round and round that 0-5 counter RoE for the zones loads of times. Like over 200 harvests. Something isn't right. Can't just be RNG here.

I have full field gear equipped, and got both the torque and belt. I decided to farm them before setting off on this RoE section. Using the Trailblazer +1 items too.

I know some high Mastery Rank players may have ticked all these RoEs off. 'Cos nobody actually does Harvesting as a event, right?

And a bug-bear of mine, why is it all called Harvesting in RoE, then have Logging, Mining and Harvesting separately under it? Just call it all Gathering or whatever.

I had a similar experience, but in Marjami. Made even worse by the fact that the Mining points there are in some annoying positions.

With over 3hrs of perma mining (with Ionis up) I just couldn't get the second RoE, the one with the rare one.
I gave up and returned to Marjami a few days after and got it in like... 2 or 3 attempts?

I dunno what to tell you. Maybe it's just randomness, coincidence, or maybe there was someone else mining in Marjami at the same time as me? Whatever it is, this is what happened to me.

The worst area is Outer Rakaznar. The mining pop points are on both floors. So lots of down time running from potential point to point. Needing the lift to come back up and Reives to clear. Real pita if a point spawns behind you where you came from. Not easy to back track.

Thankfully I got both RoEs cleared in about 1 hour.

Yeah got lucky in Ra'kaz, I was done in 30mins.
Took me 1 hourish for Cirdas, rest were all well under 30 mins per zone, except Marjami for the scenario I mentioned above.
