It came to my attention that some of ya'll like to /check people mid combat.
I also know some of ya'll like to blame /check people in the dust, confirming that they in fact didn't have any -DT in their WS midcast.
I have a hunch that the reason they eat dirt regularly in your party isn't so much them not going full turtle 24/7 but you beeing busy checking people mid combat.
Please refrain from checking people out mid combat, you'll not get a good glimpse anyway.

Its setup that way but it and JAs take a second or two to swap back to whatever your original set is, so swap to glass at the wrong time and you drop like a rock

I think what he is saying (or meant to say) is that after you WS, you should swap back into DT gear "midcast" on your WS macro.
Now we have to figure out if Nariont is cheap or is Nalfey price gouging?

Please make use of the in game filter functionality to filter out check notices.
That fixes your "I don't like being checked" problem.
Only leaves the "I feel entitled enough to tell strangers on the Internet what to do" problem.
People will still check you while you are lying dead on the floor and call out the ***set you wear that got you killed in the first place. Which is your actual problem, not being checked.
Make better sets and people won't call you out when you die.

I got it wrong, WS is of course precast.
The point was people are picky and want you to bring BiS for every set possible but the moment you die you're suddenly supposed to full time malignance.

Not to go further off on a tangent, but precast & midcast both work for JA/WS. Midcast is technically the set that matters, but swapping early via precast is harmless as you won't get hit between precast & midcast anyway.

I meant to say "I guess more people need to check me during combat". I was mostly joking because you wouldn't notice it, but someone out there takes that extra fraction of an instant of exposure seriously.
Always optimal all of the time, no exceptions. Even your corpse needs to be geared correctly lol
