Chocotrains Question

Hello fine community,
any of you know who to trade the chocotrains to?
I have one retired chocobo and I'm raising another one.
Now, i can use the race chocotrains on the one I'm raising, but i have no idea who to trade the chocotrain to, to raise the attribute of my retired (and competing) chocobo.
