Where Can I Find Shuvo?

So, I want to get Lhu's alter ego. I know she is in this Alter Ego extravaganza set. I know I should talk to Shuvo to try to get it with Allied points. And, supposedly, he should be on Windurst Waters (I have checked both maps) (G-7). But i cant find him!

Where is he? Do i need to do another quest or something?

Like 5 steps north of the home point. You can't possibly miss him and the boxes.

I already search near the crystal and nothing. I also use Wide Scan and cant find him.

To put the answer into more explicit terms: "(S)" in the zone name stands for "Shadowreign", not "south". Gotta go to the past!

Why would they use (s) in just the city that have a north a south part? Crap I looked like a fool I had no idea

So I have to complete and expansion to get there?

You do not have to complete the expansion of Wings Of The Goddess, you just have to start it and get to Windurst (S).

Sucks to walk there but you just enter the past around jueno and run there. Don't need progress.

Same deal for the trusts in bastok and sandoria. Running running running.

And worry not, I managed to sneak to Jeuno at lvl 22

It's not a worry these days, you can jump on a mount from the Cavernous Maw you use to get to the past, and ride it all the way to Windurst.
