Bahamut is pretty decent too, again you'll need a linkshell though but it's more NA focused than Odin which is mainly JP.

We've got a linkshell on Carbuncle which is quite active, we do Omen twice a week, run Dynamis [D] twice a week, and routinely have people on doing random Sortie/Ambu/HTBF etc.
