Just kdding, kind of. The song is like mambo and carnival music had a baby that they put up for adoption on PlayOnline Viewer? Either of those genres spark an idea?

Random searches on Youtube kind of got me close. Damn. I may play Cuphead simply based on this song. Cuphead's soundtrack is considered jazz, early big band, and ragtime music.
