ffxiclopedia thinks 14.55 concurring with the item comment's 15, but you might wanna make sure that's the updated value (which is higher) and not the original value (because then you'd only need, what, 5? 8? I forget if it was 2x but I think it was 3x)

I could also UNM farm NM's that I know drop it (theres actually quite a few: Arthro, Vedr, Borealis, Tiya, Thub, Imperator, Largan, Jill), but again the juice just not worth the squeeze.
