koenig or kaiser shield is what i remember being the best for non-aegis, also you say you cant get homam so im assuming limbus is out but then how do you have +1 relic/af?

they working to add that. so any gear that is hard to get at level 75 2008 for PLD

And current FFXI isn't a waste of time?
Its all about the people, my LS are the only reason I stick around.
Playing on a private ffxi server with friends is no more a waste of time than current FFXI or Minecraft.

I suggest, homam, nashira, burtgang, d.ring, and shadow gear.
I think it's silly to play on a capped server.
I mean, if you really want to go old-school, cap the server at 50 and don't include CoP.

PLD was pretty shitty at 75 cap beyond Aegis, holding claimed HNMs and adds. Once good DPS got on a mob a PLD wasn’t holding hate. By the end of 75 we tanked most everything with DRKs and SAMs.
