Windower Crashes On Opening

Having an issue sometimes when I try to launch windower and it starts to open but immediately crashes. Doing a system restore (this typically happens after a computer update) was worked but today it's just crashed after I got disconnected from FFXI overnight. Any solutions for this? Third time this month I've run into it. Not sure if crash log helps but..

windower discord was able to give me the fix... had to do with monitor/desktop scaling.

Yeah I went to West Sara (S) and now the game crashes on me everytime I log my character in. I can log every other character in except one who is in that zone. Any fix?
