Ngo was actively seeking an *** whoopin to put display... and he got it. Surprised pikachu So you agree Michael Brown's shooting by cop, which started the whole, "Hands UP, Don't Shoot" BLM movement was justified once the truth came out since he was physically attacking the officer and tried to take his gun. Good to know. That's it! I've had it with this MF backreading on this MF thread!

Like Alton Sterling, another angel, who raped and impregnated a 14 yr old girl when he was 20, along with domestic battery/assault charges.
So apples to apples, he was just really killed by karma, it just happened to be a cop that did it. https://heavy.com/news/2016/07/alton-sterling-arrest-record-criminal-history-rap-sheet-sex-offender-sex-offense-crime-baton-rouge-louisiana-police-shooting-blane-salamoni-howie-lake-shot-charges-video-youtube-facebook-watch/ Like I said, stupid games means stupid prizes. That applies to everyone.
Some prizes are worse than others. Sometimes the prize is disproportional to the game. Leviathan.Draugo

Careful those mind bullets are going to tear holes into his superlogic brain.

Quiz time class: Can anyone tell me the number of people who were fatally shot by cops in the last ten years who WERENT actively commiting a crime? oh im not; the number is less than one per year for anyone curious. E.G. the last case of this was 2017, where an unarmed white man was shot by swat because they thought he was reaching for a gun. at the time they were responding to a potential sniper call, where someone had called saying a man was pointing rifles out of his window. the point im making is that your chances of being shot by a cop while not committing a crime are about 1 in 300 million. There are a large number of resisting arrest accidental deaths. Most cops don't wake up each day hoping someone resists arrest so that they can kill someone on purpose. People who are legitimately resisting arrest, are all involved with criminal activity somehow. Innocent people don't resist arrest, they go to jail, wait for their day in court. That statement is not me saying that they deserve to die over it. If you don't want the cops to beat the ***out of you, don't try and beat the ***out of the cops. Once it reaches that level of escalation though, bad ***happens. Cerberus.Hideka

actually, you cant even charge a person with resisting arrest if there is no primary charge. by its very definition, a cop must be putting you under arrest for one reason or another in order for you to be able to resist said arrest.

no its not. its a secondary charge. the only instance in which you can be arrested for resisting arrest with no secondary charge, is in the event you disobey a lawful detention order.

Cops aren't courts, once they make up their mind that you are going to be arrested, it's not smart to try and fight with them about it. You need a lawyer. But this all leads back to, why are the police involving themselves in your business in the first place, 99.99999% of the time it's not the cops bringing their own attention to your activities. Don't be in that position to begin with. Only time I would support resisting arrest is if fascists start black bagging people, at that point, you do what you need to do inorder to preserve your safety. https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2015/01/29/382497080/arrested-for-resisting-arrest-yes-its-possible
Quote: A video of the incident shows the plainclothes policeman telling her, "If you continue with this, (taking pictures) I will arrest you for resisting arrest." The case raises the question: How can you be arrested for resisting arrest? This cop arrested a lawyer for resisting arrest. YouTube Video Placeholder Cerberus.Hideka

YouTube Video Placeholder Im aware of that instance; it's the token argument that people always use when trying to perpetuate the myth that a cop can just arrest you for resisting arrest. What they never mention is that the charges were dropped against this person and the cop was reprimanded for it. this is an example of him plainly breaking the law. Breaking the law, getting away with it, with zero consequences and no repercussions.
So if there are no consequences for doing it, you can do it all you want. Therefor. You can be arrested for resisting arrest. And it's not a one off. Cerberus.Hideka
