Dem Dems aiming at 2020

For a party that has made such a big deal about elections needing to be fair, they sure are having a hard time not completely botching their own. What makes you think that the company hired to tally the numbers has a political affiliation? That's a huge assumption. kireek said: » Low turnout too yo. Washington Examiner, also known as facts I don't like. Try posting something credible, and more official, about Iowa turnout. ALso, Iowa caucus rules are stupid and offensive to people that prefer to be lazy, like me. And fone.

Uh, the CEO, the COO, the CTO, and other senior managers for the firm that developed the app all worked for the Clinton campaign. Last sentence, completely unofficial, eyeballing it, estimating at best. Also, again, Iowa rules are stupid. How about waiting a few hours for the official results so we can see who the winners are? And then remember Iowa primary turnout means zilch.

With 94 percent reporting at 10:46 p.m., Trump had won all of the party’s 37 delegates with 99 percent of caucusgoers’ support. The other two candidates — former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld and former Illinois Rep. Joe Walsh — did not have enough supporters to be viable at any precinct. Uh, why post this? Fun fact: Trump lost in 2012. Seems relevant.

If it is just between Biden and Sanders, hope Biden gets it. Sanders doesn't sit well with me. He didn't. Some people just have no idea. Hate blinds them.
Quote: May 16, 2011 Faced with the choice of hosting The Apprentice or taking on Barack Obama in next year's election, Donald Trump opted to stick with his television program Alright, Iowa is making an announcement. Woo. Hoo.
They are gonna report 62% of the precincts to start out, so, probably everything except the suburbs.
Also, first question for the guy was pretty harsh, lol. So with 62%, its Buttigieg, Sanders, Warren, Biden, Klobuchar. The DNC chair refused to say when the remaining 38% will be released.
I will say one of the things that is going to make it hard for dems is the economy. It is going to be real hard for people like Bernie and Warren to sell socialist ideas with a booming economy like we have. That might have been an easier sell if economy was doing awful.
Well the economy slowed down last year, and is projected to slow even further this year. So, there is that.
I still can't believe so few people are like *** yeah a free 50 grand for yang? sign me up!
And don't tell me they're smart enough to know it wouldn't happen. That's just obscenely false. Biden better hope he doesn't lose that .6% iirc if you get less than 15% you get nothing? I could be wrong I have been trying to understand this system and it is pretty dumb.
They saying on cnn that estimated turnout will be less than 150k people if trend continues. Saying lowest turnout in a long while. I think lack of a good candidate is showing. Dems are not energized at all, even Bernie supporters.
Buttigieg is beating Sanders.. I couldn't even tell you one of his stances because he never gets press time, and he's winning Iowa??? Bllomberg got beat by uncommitted...
I know he didn't campaign in Iowa but ouch.. Odin.Slore said: » Biden better hope he doesn't lose that .6% iirc if you get less than 15% you get nothing? I could be wrong I have been trying to understand this system and it is pretty dumb. Which is why Iowa really doesn't matter too much in the grand scheme of things. Its no longer a battleground state, its been trending red for years, the caucus system is stupid and discourages participation, they had to fight pretty hard to stay in the 1st primary position, and this is why. |
