So is it just me, or does Lilith randomly not spawn a gyve when she does a TP move...?
According to BG, only certain moves will spawn Gyves/Spitewardens.

I will confirm this happens sometimes.
When farming VD sometimes a Gyve will spawn immediately, sometimes not at all? I just figured that it might be on a delay that wasn’t registering for the server or something. I try to kill her before the Gyve can spawn anyway but still.

There are different opinions on that. On one hand a lot of people feel the drop rate is higher on higher difficulties if it works like any other HTB, which it probably does. The other hand, some have claimed that SE specifically said this battle has different mechanics for the drop rates and that the difficulty isn't as impactful as other battles. At the very least you can get more REMA upgrade items from higher difficulties, so why not if you can do it.
Assume I already know where you're trying to go with that statement. Plenty of people use Anchor and I personally don't have a problem with that, but pretending that a basic addon like findAll is comparable to entirely bypassing knockback is clearly flawed logic even if "tHeY bOth AgAiNsT tHe ToS"

Well this escalated quickly
You're essentially bypassing a mechanic of the fight that was intended by the devs as part of its difficulty. It isn't the same as just using windower. Not to get into that debate but just pointing that difference out.

Even without warden higher difficulty has MUCH higher drop rate. In my last 40+ E/VE(some with TH8) I only saw 1 earring and 1 sword. E is just horribad.
In last 14 VD with TH4 I saw 2 armors, 1 daybreak and 2 swords. No warden kills.

There are also plenty of E/VE testimonials in this thread with hundreds of runs saying higher difficulty has higher drop rate. Otherwise what's the point to avoid VE? We could just all do VE if difficulty doesn't make a difference.
