Mjollnir i119 III and its refresh
Relics are relatively cheap to make now (at least until you get to the umbral marrow and rocks). I want to know if Mjollnir at iLVL 119 III with AG's refresh triggered by Aftermath, or just a latent? Refresh+5 is a nice amount for a idle piece, and Mj has some good DD stats on it also. The wiki is kinda unclear, since it lists the refresh right under aftermath.
The Accuracy+20, Mag. Acc.+20, and Refresh+5 are only active when you have aftermath effect on.
Thanks. Exactly what I needed to know before I started making one.
Wish that ***were idle... Would give me an excuse to use mine more.

I decided I'm going to go ahead and build a Mjollnir for the Refresh +5. Nice idle club. And I don't know about others, but I'm generally either casting or idling on WHM...never engaged. That would be total Auto-Refresh +11 from equipment for me.
Probably better things to precast/midcast in tbh. But if you're rich enough to make it simply for the idle, go ahead.

I think you misread the whole thread, you only get the Refresh +5 if you have aftermath up, so you'd have to engage and use Mjollnir ws frequently to maintain aftermath and then not swap weapons because that will wipe aftermath and therefor your refresh. Relics (and aeonics to some extent) need a power level increase to match other rema weapons, this one included. :(
Lol. Attention to detail is very important before you decide to make something.

Utility and additional versatility from unique WS: Spharai: Counter and Kick rate Excalibur: Refresh/Regen/Block and sword Fusion WS for RDM. Ragnarok: Fusion great sword WS Bravura: DT/regen Apocalypse: Drain HP WS and 10%JA haste Gungnir: Distorion WS and lol spikes Yoichi/Anni: static low hate WS They could improve on those even in simply way like: Make Spharai counter Counter II and brake 80% cap Make Bravura DT II Make Gungnir spikes gives 100% stun resist for both amster and wyvern (idk lol) No idea for other atm xD Offline

DA+5/Attack+5% Aftermath isn't the worst though. Yoichi is trash btw.. Needs a lot of work. Offline

I have 5 lol I much more like to have PDT/MDT/18%movement and very high meva on WHM idle, to not get hit by any debuffs or dont get killed when I stand in AoE range (which is very often because I multibox, so Im probably biased here). If you dont multibox and only play WHM then I guess having high refresh idle set is more important and beneficial, but if you can always get BalladIII defensive idle is much better imo. Try doing Odyssey for example in idle refresh and pop Mimic. You would keep getting stunned a lot. Also try to aggro something or get hate in Odyssey on higher floors and tell me how cool are those 700-1000 crits :D WHM has the luxury of having really nice hybrid idle sets for dirt cheap.
DT-39, PDT-12, MDT-19, Refresh +7~8, and tons of meva. ItemSet 366076 Cape augmented with MND, eva/meva, and pdt. Offline

I use Embla Sash for idle for Sublimation and SoA ring for 18% movement speed. I wouldnt trade Inyanga pants for Assiduity pants. It's only 1 refresh more and only if you are in high ranked unity, but you lose 40 meva. Body is much better trade of 2-3 refresh for 20 meva. Weapon/sub is interesting too. I use Daybreak and Genmei shield. I have 15 more meva, slightly more def and 1 refresh there and I guess very small chance to block soemtimes(?), but I dont have capped PDT in my setup (only at 41%), so I might consider to use your weapon/sub combo.

You can get away with a hybrid idle set, but most good players would have:
1. MP-refresh focused idle 2. Refresh+PDT set 3. Refresh+Movement speed (title) Asura.Highwynn said: » You can get away with a hybrid idle set, but most good players would have: 1. Enki has 5 less meva but 10 more INT/MND. Asura.Trumpet said: » Leviathan.Kingkitt said: » WHM has the luxury of having really nice hybrid idle sets for dirt cheap. Not entirely sure, would say generally that meva +15 is probably better but i could be wrong. Offline

Like I said, it depends what you use WHM for and if you are actually multiboxing it or not. When you multibox whm, you dont have time to alt-tab to it and switch to hybrid. You just play safe and stay in hybrid. There is no reason to go out of hybrid in the first place imo, if I dont have MP issue at all. I would say hybrid set should be your basic idle and refresh set would be the set you switch to when need arise (when you see you are using more mp than you are getting back, which is almost never for me, but I almost always have BalladIII on my WHM). |
