No, I don't need a link of that. I know lying on a background check is a felony. Based on the very limited information we have, which is a tweet from the Governor and a statement from an unnamed law enforcement official, there is no evidence he lied on his forms, he failed for other reasons that aren't criminal. According to the official, it was for "mental health reasons." So my question is, how does that work exactly? How do you fail a background check for "mental health reasons?"

And they should check him to see if he willfully lied or unknowingly lied on the check, because it is a felony.

You cant expect cops to do their jobs, we just need to infringe on everyone rights instead. Thats a much more palatable plan for the left.

You cant expect cops to do their jobs, we just need to infringe on everyone rights instead. Thats a much more palatable plan for the left. Lets write MORE laws that won't be enforced! Then cry when no change happens, so lets TAKE AWAY ALL THE GUNS!!! Take that 2nd amendment!!!
