Ffxiah.com And Not Working On Home Network

Ffxiah worked fine last night and this morning ffxiah,guildwork and some other sites stopped connecting. I thought they were down but I'm able to access them with my phone. Most of my sites work like bg wiki, YouTube,ffbe wiki etc but I'm not sure what the issue is. It says they time out trying to connect.auto updates turned off. Not sure what changed. Was able to access 8 hrs ago.

whats even weirder is when i turn on vpn im able to access ffxiah without an issue.

for anyone interested i just found out that comcast is having massive loss of connections today. Like for example some places around here use comcast for their 911 services and they are unable to function atm.
