The dossier is fake, there is no real evidence that Trump ever colluded with Russia. Because of that, there is nothing that the dude could “flip” for.

All the charges filed against them are in connection to ***they did in 2014 and then later lied about. The core of the whole thing is tax evasion. That's right, it's a tax case. They received millions of USD in overseas bank accounts and allegedly conspired to defraud the US treasury by filing false financial documents. It has absolutely zip to do with the election or Russia. In fact the original case was declined for prosecution over a year ago on lack of evidence. It was only Muller's "expanded" investigation that overturned more documents and testimony that could be used to convict them. Mostly the new stuff contradicts their previous documents.

This case is an anomaly because something like 80~90% of defendants go for the plea bargain discount, which is why prosecutors inflate the charge sheet. Here we only have one guy out of three going for the discount.

Guys be real here, this isn't even about President Trump but I guess something had to come from the investigation.
