Every NFL team, the majority of NBA teams as well. I'm sure there are some baseball teams as well, I think the Cubs qualify as one. Really the only US sport that isn't overwhelmingly American is hockey.
The Cubs are definitely 50% American born.
There is universal healthcare for us over 65 types too.

The President has very little power to effect change in the USA, it's Congress that does that. Congress writes and votes on the laws, the President then executes on those same laws. Frequently Congress writes the laws in such a way that the President can adjust things via regulations that the law references.
