Nation Switching

I finally wrapped up rank 10 in San d'Oria. Now I want to switch over to the other 2 and get the missions done, but when I tried to in Bastok. I would have lost all my rank, but I wouldn't of lost my 10 pct. CP bonus would I? Pkus trying to get it to kick over on my AH profile is coming up flat.

Short reply is,
After you switch, you keep all at that nation cp only there.
New Nation need to rebuild those cp.
After you finish all 3 nation missions, go back to wherever and cp there.
