Clearly the generals advising him believe people who have gender dysphoria aren't appropriate soldiers.

The suicide rate stays the same regardless of if they've had gender reassignment surgery. This has lead researchers to believe that there is a greater mental illness problem then "not identifying with my bodies gender". People would like to research and find out the root cause, but liberals have again created such a toxic hateful environment around that issue that further genuine research is impossible.
