SE has a movement speed cap in place of 60%. Bolters + 18% movement pants hits 60% a couple of different ways and never goes over even though it should. Same with a friend that has the 2% garden ki too.

No, I do not have specific names nor proof people are using it for crafting. If they only do it in their mog house as anyone smart should, it would be near impossible for anyone but SE to prove. However, the fact this person slipped up in combination with the ridiculous influx of HQs makes it a very strong probability.
Could be done with ashita. Hell, I could hook packets in vanilla POL and accomplish it in a matter of 2-3 hours. I'm sure others know how to program well enough that no client side solution will fix this.
Odds are packet logs are kept for several weeks and they can be examined retroactively. Obviously anyone who tries to keep inappropriate gear on at the time it's patched will be nailed extremely easily.

I did the same thing like 10 years ago when i was playing vanilla. Its called lag buddy. Fyi i was there and saw this as well

I'm more inclined to believe SE *** up when adding equip sets. I could easily do the same test as CamB did but I don't really feel like making a jp trial account then vpning for my ip too.

What exactly do you require to admit it is a fact and not just a troll? Picture? Video? Process in how to do it yourself? Need someone to link a video feed and you can watch first hand? SE disclose that it is being fixed? Ban list of names posted?

It's safe to zone with gear and movement speed JAs/spells active. The JA/Spell cap is listed at 60%, plus Nin Feet will bump that to 85% at night.
Chocobos are +100% if I recall.
Back in Abyssea days, a few friends of mine said that 200+ was safe to zone. Anything over that, and the system would stop the zoning process, saying it was Unable to Process the Request.
